Imtiaz Jakda was born and raised in Ontario, Canada and brings a diverse wealth of knowledge and experience in leadership and organizational development.
He works with thousands of leaders coaching, mentoring, and delivering leadership development programs for individual contributors up to and including senior executives. He has experience with leaders across many different industries such as health, education, technology, manufacturing, aviation, non-profit, and all levels of government.
Imtiaz is also a Professor teaching with two institutions at a university and college in the areas of business, organizational behaviour, and human resources management. He holds a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, an honors degree in Psychology, and a diploma in Human Resources Management including being a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).
He believes everyone has the potential to become an effective leaders and as Muslims we are all respective leaders in our own right without having a formal title. We are fathers, mothers, older siblings, community members, friends that others look up to, and colleagues. We have an obligation to become exemplary leaders that are role models for others and support one another.
He has the ability to be engaging, influential, garner discussion, create a safe space, and instill confidence, motivation, and passion.
