Leadership training influences leadership practices and an appreciation of Allah, a stronger ummah, and development. It has the capability of instilling authenticity, responsibility, confidence, humility, wisdom, and being exemplary, influential, and of service to others. All of this aligns not only with leadership skills but also Islamic principles.

Leadership is an amanah (trust) that guides ourselves and those of others which considers humanity.
