Leadership for Muslims
We offer the following programs that are customized and catered to the perspectives and challenges of each demographic. All sessions embed and inculcate Islamic principles from the Quran and Sunnah.
All four programs include core leadership topics and below are examples of additional areas that are covered:
Young Giants
Strong Sisters
Thinking about thinking, emotional intelligence, negative thinking, communication styles, courageous conversations, personal engagement, languages of appreciation, making change easier, conflict management, working with others.
Rising Stars
Goal setting, diversity-equity-inclusion, managing up, influence and persuasion, project management, decision-making, personal engagement, presentation skills, conflict management giving and receiving feedback, adapting and managing change, 2-minute briefing.
Advanced Leaders
Communication styles, leadership styles, coaching, change management, having a clear vision, building trust, delegating, engagement and motivation, project management, active listening, difficult employee or employee with a difficulty, managing virtual teams.
All programs include the following:
Interactive
Sessions are interactive, engaging, and fun! Time flies as we use assessments, activities, discussions, and games that keep participants fully emersed throughout!
Islamic Principles
We cover essential leadership topics that are taught to leaders across secular organizations. However, we embed Islamic principles from the Quran and Sunnah.
Life Skills
The topics covered apply to both our professional and personal lives. Participants grow and develop, build strong relationships, and apply learnings practically.
Safe Space
We create an environment that is psychologically safe for everyone to feel welcomed, to be unfiltered with their thoughts, trust and respect, and without judgment.
Build Character
We empower individuals and instill confidence, empathy, emotional intelligence, effective communication, strategic thinking, problem solving, and decision making skills.
Logistics
Weekly 3-hour sessions for 2-4 months online or in-person. Initial Assessments may occur to address unique needs and can include coaching, capstone project, or community venture.
